Ashish, the Co-Founder of NeuGenM.ai, brings unparalleled expertise as a visionary leader in business, marketing, and sales, with an exceptional history of driving transformative growth across industries. Over nearly three decades, his career has spanned multinational corporations and diverse global markets, including banking, beverages, media, content, and sports. This extensive experience forms the cornerstone of NeuGenM.ai's innovative approach to marketing and AI solutions. His dynamic and inclusive leadership style consistently inspires and energizes teams worldwide, fostering innovation and delivering groundbreaking results in media and marketing.

As a seasoned global executive, Ashish has built a remarkable 28-year career, including 18 years in Media at Mindshare. He has held critical leadership roles across multinational clients and localized businesses, showcasing his ability to adapt seamlessly to varied operational landscapes. His journey with Mindshare led him from India to Jakarta, where he spearheaded the non-Unilever business, then to Johannesburg as Africa's lead for the Unilever account. Subsequent roles saw him in Singapore as the Global Strategy Lead for Unilever and finally as Managing Director and Country Head for Vietnam. These positions honed his ability to manage multicultural, multinational teams, craft consumer-driven strategies for diverse markets, and deliver robust business results with exemplary P&L management.

Ashish further demonstrated his versatility in the sports franchise industry as Sr.General Manager of Marketing for Royal Challengers Sports Pvt. Ltd., where he successfully built a compelling sports brand. His initiatives focused on enhancing fan engagement through multifaceted touchpoints and delivering memorable in-stadium experiences, showcasing his knack for audience development and brand expansion.

Additionally, Ashish served as Marketing Lead at Time Warner South Asia, where he cultivated expertise in identifying content gaps, devising innovative content marketing strategies, managing talent, and establishing profitable influencer-driven businesses.
